The bed. Very small the bed almost did not fit the space. No room fir night tables, no outlet to plug you phone

Great hotel location. Before arrival, no accommodation instructions arrived; we had to call ourselves for the PIN to enter. The photos of the kitchen in the selected apartment were misleading – the kitchen is shown in the photo, but it has no dishes, so it cannot be used at all.

The location. Having to wait on the street for 20 minutes for someone to arrive to open the door, plus very difficult access stairs. On the morning of departure, knocking on the door as a reminder that you must leave the accommodation.
