“A little piece of heaven”
The owner is amazing, a truly lovely lady who cared for us, helped with language, took me on a special holy day to the temple, cooked fantastic Thai breakfasts daily, fished with my husband, and was overall welcoming, relaxed, and happy. The location is stunning, a little slice of heaven, with almost no bugs, birds nesting above us and feeding their chicks, plenty of fish, and great weather whether it’s sunny or rainy – the outdoor space is superb. It’s nice to have a kettle and a large fridge always stocked with water. The private separate shower room is huge with great water pressure. The village is friendly, and I met many people at the temple, including a brilliant 10‑year‑old girl who taught herself English. We’ll definitely visit again. The only downside is the bed was a bit firm. Superb place.
