“Comfortable bed and room overall. Tub didn't drain. Breakfast just okay.”

The room was comfortable and the bed was nice, but the little pillows were never a great thing to have. The shower was good but didn’t drain well. The tub didn’t drain well, which is gross—hence the lower number for cleanliness and comfort. The maid staff should notice and report this so it gets fixed. Staff was told, but nothing was adjusted for price. Breakfast was okay, but nothing worth making the choice for this hotel.

“Still great hotel”

I stayed in a clean and comfortable room, but they only offered Pepsi instead of Coke, which was a small annoyance.

“Solid Best Western with very good rooms”

We had two rooms. They were attractive, clean and quiet, with comfy beds and good quality bedding and towels. The pool was sparkling clear, although we had no time to use it. It was located near many stores and restaurants. The elevator operated smoothly. Breakfast choices were okay and the food was plentiful. The elevator floor numbers were not working, so we had to determine floors by looking for room numbers. Breakfast juices were watered down too much.

Check‑in and check‑out were quick and hassle‑free, and the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Even without air‑conditioning the room stayed quiet thanks to its peaceful location, and the pool was perfect for a swim. Breakfast started at 7 am with a decent mix of hot and cold options. The room was generally clean, but it really needed a deep clean around the corners and window frames. With only one washer and one dryer, we couldn’t use them because another guest had them occupied for a long time. The breakfast was okay, though the variety and portions were limited.
