The room was infested with bed bugs crawling all over the floor. I tried to get a refund with , but they said the hotel denied it, so there was nothing they would do even though I sent video and picture proof of the bed bugs in the room. I never got my $2,000 back even though the room was used only one night. Horrible, never book. Bad customer service, bed bugs, dirty, gross.

The spot is handy, but I didn’t feel safe with my kids because a tenant slumped over in front of their unit and there were plenty of shady folks coming and going all night; the lights even flickered when I used a hair dryer.

The place is great, the woman at the front desk was super friendly, the room was roomy, and having a kitchen was a huge help.

Nothing good to mention. The room was tiny, dark, and overrun with a strong perfume smell; the bare cement walls, dirty tiles, and uncomfortable bedding made it awful. The check‑in area felt cramped with junk, so we skipped breakfast and couldn’t eat anything from the hotel.

The location was good with easy access, and parking was available at the front door. One of the beds felt very hard, I missed having chairs or a table, and the lighting was weak.
