The location was outstanding and the room was extremely comfortable, but the resort did not arrange the boat pickup properly both times, at check‑in and check‑out.

I was blown away by the hotel's incredible location, surrounded by nature's beauty. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the unique rooms and surroundings were a true work of art. The peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, and I felt like I was in a paradise on earth. However, the food was a letdown, with some meals being particularly unimpressive.
