The location was good, just a block from San Isidro Cathedral, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast area might be too small, and the gym and sauna spaces are similar in size.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is very good. There were issues with the water service, and the toilet got clogged. I requested a late check‑in, but it wasn’t possible, which upset me as a client of the hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and had a good bed, but the bathroom lacked a bidet and the shower used a curtain instead of a glass panel, probably because it was a disabled‑friendly bathroom, and the price was not cheap.

Overall it was very good; the breakfast was very complete, the area is safe and well‑located, but the building is open, rooms face a hallway that opens onto a garden, and cold air entered through the bathroom door.
