Great location, the owner is welcoming and very kind, cleaning is excellent, water in the minibar, fridge available, coffee machine in the room; I have nothing to add.

The spot is brilliant for exploring the city’s historic sights—just a 5‑minute walk to Piazza del Plebiscito and Palazzo Reale, about 20 minutes to the Centro Storico, and right off Via Toledo. We’d highly recommend staying here if you want to feel the everyday Neapolitan vibe. Pizza lovers should check out the two fantastic pizzerias on the same street—O Vesuvio and Speranzella. Talking to our host, Titti, was absolutely brilliant; she was always reachable and gave great recommendations for places to see and eat. Highly recommended!

The location was convenient enough, but the area is extremely busy and a lot of motorcycles zoomed up and down the street outside, which didn’t feel very safe. The rooms were spacious and quiet inside, however. The place was okay and the staff were quite responsive, but the hot water in the shower didn’t work at all—taking a cold shower after a long day exploring Naples was not very pleasant. Additionally, a bright light in the courtyard through the window across from the bed made it hard to sleep, even with the curtains closed.

Clean, tidy, and the host was friendly, but our visit came right after Napoli's victory, so the streets were in a constant party mode and it was noisy at night.
