Nothing; the property manager was rude and disrespectful in every interaction I had with him.

Easy access from I‑75, but the manager demanded a cash deposit for a non‑smoking room and seemed worried that my two children (5 and 9) would damage it, making the interaction very unpleasant and completely inappropriate.

The rate was acceptable. I had to visit the front desk twice: once because the room key didn't work and again because the TV remote was broken. There was no coffee maker, no outlet near the bed to charge my phone, and the door gap was so wide that I had to place a towel under it to keep anything from crawling in.
