I’ve stayed here twice. The first visit was long ago and the place felt a bit run‑down, but the recent photos showed a full renovation, so I gave it another shot. The room was surprisingly roomy, with a small balcony that offered a nice view from one window. Breakfast was decent – the omelette was good and the lady serving it was friendly. They have a spa and a pool, though I didn’t use them. Parking is available right in front of the hotel.

The setting is gorgeous and the hotel feels authentic. The restaurant is one of the best in the area, serving traditional dishes with seasonal twists. It’s run by a warm, family‑owned business. The only downside is the faint cigar smoke from the chain below, which slightly dampens the balcony experience and fresh alpine air, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot with plenty of parking. The restaurant staff are polite and efficient, and service is surprisingly quick even during busy lunch and dinner times. The local cuisine is hearty and comes in generous portions. Occasionally the Wi‑Fi in the room is slow, and the breakfast could be better. The TV in the room is small with limited channels. There isn’t much to do in the evenings, but that’s not the hotel’s responsibility.

A lovely family‑run house with friendly staff, a large garden, and an indoor pool with sauna. The food is solid and down‑to‑earth. I’ll definitely come back.
