I stayed in a lovely, comfortable, and clean room that was nicely decorated and had air conditioning. The room was a good size, and the hotel’s central location meant everything was within a quick walk. I also appreciated the elevator.

This boutique hotel is a pleasant 10‑minute walk from the station, and we were upgraded to a balcony room—apparently a comfort room—which was a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly, and the breakfast was lovely with very attentive service. It’s a 5‑mile walk to the harbour where the boats depart for Portofino; we walked one way and it took about an hour. We’d stay here again.

The location is great and the rooms are large and clean, but the property feels dated with dirt marks on the carpet and walls. It’s quite pricey for what you get. The staff were okay, but getting a taxi from the train station when we arrived with a baby was terrible, even after we sent multiple messages asking for help. The breakfast was just okay.

Alles, vom einchecken bis zum letzten Wort war alles perfekt. Haben noch Wasser für die Weiterfahrt bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommend, das ist gastfreundlich. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nichts
