I liked my room and the amenities; the whole facility ran smoothly with everyone friendly, kind and helpful. The pillow felt a bit lumpy, that's all. My colleague was disappointed that his room (5) didn’t have a window and had to open the doors at night for fresh air; he felt the establishment wasn’t what he expected. He couldn’t connect to the channel he wanted on DSTV in his room and had to sit in the main lounge to watch TV.
