The hotel was very quiet and the owners were very friendly, but the room was a bit small.

The location was great, right in the heart of Sault, and the room was simple but clean and comfortable, though it lacked a fan and, like many French hotels, had no air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep in the early September heat. Breakfast was downstairs in the adjacent restaurant, plentiful, and offered a lovely view of Mont Ventoux. They also provide secure bike storage, which was handy for us cyclists. The only downside was that it was a bit hot overnight without a fan in early September.
