The lobby is great, the interior is beautiful with a balcony, check‑in is convenient, privacy is good, breakfast is fine, and the host is helpful; the downside is it’s 20‑30 minutes from Venice’s center, the bed is uncomfortable, the room is small, and on the last morning someone started noisy renovations that made it impossible to sleep due to poor sound insulation.

Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and yogurt, and on request cheese, ham, and fresh eggs were available, which was really good; however, this time the Wi‑Fi was completely missing in the room, which is a bit limiting for a city trip.

The place is great, stylish, and well situated near transport links, and the staff are superb; the only issue is Bedroom 3 is a little small, but still good.
