Nothing was good. There is no hotel named “Townhouse Oak Pallikarani”; I struggled a lot to contact the hotel manager, and when he finally directed me, he sent me to a PG. Yes, you read that right—it was a PG where he asked me to board. Because it was quite late, I had to stay there and pay over 1k for the PG.

I booked this hotel but received no confirmation. When I called, I realized the contact number matched another hotel in Pallavaram that I had booked and visited, and they said no booking was made. Overall it feels like a huge scam.
