“Very bad experience”
I never actually checked in, so I had to book elsewhere and would like a refund; the staff never answered the phone.

Everything was perfect—cleanliness, the bed was comfortable, and it stayed that way throughout my stay.

The room was clean, the area was good, and there was a fridge and microwave at a reasonable price; the beds might need replacing.

Quiet and cozy, but there was no option for late check‑outs.

The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, yet we missed having hangers in the wardrobe and the easy chair looked worn and in need of replacement.
