It was good overall, just the shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Convenient to downtown and reasonably priced; breakfast was just cold cereal and mini muffins, a tiny front‑desk area, and a frozen microwave sandwich would have been nice, but at least something was offered and that was appreciated.

Close to downtown and the parking lot and grounds were really clean.
