The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. However, the room cleanliness was a major issue - the bed sheets and blankets were dirty, and the room heating was absolutely terrible. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but the poor cleanliness and heating issues really let the hotel down.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The rooms were filthy, the staff were unfriendly, and the whole experience was just a nightmare. We were especially disappointed with Pooja Rawat, the ops manager, who seemed completely clueless and unhelpful. We ended up checking out early and moving to a different hotel, which was a huge relief.

The hotel's location right on the lake is stunning, but unfortunately, the rooms are in need of some TLC. The views from the window are breathtaking, but the state of the room itself is a bit of a letdown.

I was really impressed with the hotel's breakfast spread and the staff's friendly attitude. From room service to the restaurant, everyone was polite and helpful, making our stay a pleasure. The only thing I can say is that I liked everything about the property, which is no small feat.
