“Cheap & Chearful”
It worked well for a couple of nights; the staff were professional and personable, though they only supplied a bath towel and should have included a hand towel.
Bed was comfy for what I did sleep. The random couple being given a key card to my room and walking in at 11.20pm
It was within 3 miles of the city centre, but it wasn’t clean.
“Budget is an understatement.”
The staff were great, no fault there, and the bed was comfortable with a tasty breakfast, but for £90 the value was lacking: only one towel, the room booked for two people, one extra pillow, and the space felt like a prison cell on TV. Parking was listed as £5 but I paid £9. There was no tea or coffee in the room, no cup to rinse in the bathroom, and the lobby offered free tea and coffee. We had to bring two disposable cups to bring to the room.
“Very good”
The therapist was great, but overall it was just okay.
