“Warm feelings about the hosts”

The staff were amazing – they’re good people. When we needed them most, they helped like they would help a neighbor or family. I wish I could return the favour. Some details need fixing: the riad is fully functional, but you’ll find small issues like a crack on the door here and there.

Small and cozy. The location is right in the Medina. The staff are very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I would visit again.

“Cuidado antes de reservar”

I booked the place with breakfast included, but after confirming, I got three texts from the host asking me to set a check‑in time, where to meet because the property is hard to locate, and where I could park. Only after all that did they say breakfast wasn’t actually included and that I’d have to pay for it if I wanted it! I disputed because my booking showed it was included, and they replied they’d talked to the booking site to fix it but it stayed the same. I had to act as the middleman between the host and the booking site; the hotel eventually offered me breakfast on the first day, and the booking site gave me a voucher for the second day’s breakfast. On top of that, no one showed up at the agreed spot to escort us to the property! They ignored my messages while I waited, didn’t answer the phone, and we had to find the place ourselves, pay someone to get us there, and then wait for someone to arrive to open the door. The room smelled damp.

“Rund um zufrieden”

The accommodation in Fes was beautifully designed, well‑located, cozy and quiet; the manager was always available and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
