The location is very good near many of Rome's sights, breakfast was delicious and the reception and restaurant staff very friendly, thanks! The pillow comfort could improve.

We loved our experience at Hotel City Palazzo Dei Cardinali. We arrived early and were very well received by the staff. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and she said she would try her best to advance our check‑in, and we managed to enter a bit earlier. The room, though small, worked well for us. It was comfortable, cozy, and well decorated. I must give special praise to the bed and pillows, which were surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was also a delight and spacious. Additionally, everything was always very clean and fragrant. One of the main points is the location! The hotel is close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, one of the best spots in Rome. The choice was perfect! We loved everything! The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and the bathroom shower glass was too short, leaving the bathroom wet. Only that; everything else was perfect.
