“Molto gradevole.”
The place is very central, the M2 station is close, and rooms with a street view offer a spectacular lake view; traffic is quiet. Rooms are spotless, some with carpet, others with parquet. Nothing to complain about.
The hotel and room are beautiful with a great view, but there's not much in the old town, so I’d have liked a spot closer to the waterfront.

The location and room size are good. The reception was extremely cold; arriving with a small backpack for two days felt out of place compared to the usual clientele, and that was obvious. Surprisingly, the courtyard room was well insulated from outside noise, but not from inside noise.
