“Do not stay here”
The hotel’s marketing was misleading with false photos, and the actual room was appalling—stained sheets, a dirty towel, and a strong smell of neglect made the space feel unhygienic; we avoided touching anything. The staff were unhelpful. Everything was dirty and stained: the bed and bathroom linens were brown and clearly never washed.

I had a terrible stay, nothing good to say.
I had a very disappointing experience here. After booking a room, they tried to charge me extra. I was exhausted and asked the reception for water, but they replied unprofessionally, saying, “Jitna aap pay kar rahe ho us mein pani nahi aata.” I was already paying for the room, so that attitude shocked me. On top of that, they kept my Rs. 309 change and were reluctant to give it back when I asked. The amount isn’t huge, but it’s about honesty and basic customer service. The hospitality was very poor and the staff unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
