The team was incredibly attentive, all working with cheerful faces, and the food was better than the last time I visited this property; when the first dining room filled up they opened a second one, making peak times more comfortable, the park was very pleasant, and staying here gave me access to Hot Park. Housekeeping did a solid job, earning praise. On the negative side, the rooms need urgent repairs—I saw termites in several spots. During busy periods, check‑in, check‑out, and car‑park services can take over an hour, so plan for a wait. Finally, I found the rate too high for what was offered; a nearby hotel with Hot Park access gave better value than this brand’s own property.

The experience was excellent, but the room and the breakfast and dinner were disappointing.

I loved how the hotel sat close to a small market, offering plenty of leisure options and a wide range of restaurants nearby. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful; when I asked them to set up a birthday surprise for my 8‑year‑old, they responded quickly and with genuine care. They even arranged a special birthday moment for him during breakfast, which made the celebration unforgettable—he adored the decorated room and the surprise at the buffet. The property also grants access to Hot Park and Parque das Fontes, adding to a delightful city experience. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, largely thanks to the team’s thoughtful gestures that left us with great memories. As a point for improvement, the hotel only has one pool, which can limit leisure choices during busy times. Also, guests cannot use the water park after checkout, a perk that other hotels in the chain do offer and that would be especially valuable for families with children looking to make the most of their final day.
