“10/10 Would Stay Again”

LaCasa enShediac offered everything you could wish for in a bed and breakfast: our room felt cozy and welcoming, the bed was super comfy, and breakfasts were excellent; the hosts kindly reminded us to place our orders so we wouldn’t miss anything after a day of sightseeing; Rod and Aura’s home showcased beautiful antique furniture and art, and the yard was lush with flowers and trees; we bumped into Rod a couple of times and he was very helpful with recommendations; the room had a Keurig machine, and the dining room also served Keurig coffee with to‑go cups for when we left; we would definitely return to Rod and Aura’s place on a future East Coast trip.

The accommodation was nice with very friendly hosts, a great location, and good value for money; considering the price/value ratio, everything was fine.

The location was great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and more, but there was no common space inside the building to visit or play cards.

The property was lovely outside, parking was easy, and the breakfast in the beautiful dining room was very good; the cook was friendly; however, the room was dark, old, lacked luggage support, had no microwave, and was under 32 m² as advertised; the bathroom had a bathtub and awkward curtains, the tap was hard to turn, there was no shower gel, and the soaps were tiny; it felt like a DIY project; the room was too expensive.

The host greeted us with a warm welcome, and the room was spot on—clean, comfy, and exactly what we needed. We loved the little lounge area in the back yard, it was a real surprise. The dining room had a cute, home‑y décor and the food was delicious, with service that was friendly and efficient.
