The hotel's location right on the banks of the Orange river was nothing short of magnificent
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable

“Great and awesome”
Both reception ladies were phenomenal, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me and my spouse—helping me surprise my husband, taking photos and a video that were stunning, words can’t express how I felt. The service was great, humble, and the staff, especially the ladies, were awesome, graceful, and friendly. I have nothing to criticize; everything was perfect, and the staff are exceptional and super helpful.

The tranquil setting and the lovely Springboks roaming the grass were so special, and the whole setup was exceptionally beautiful. Nothing at all—loved everything.

We got the Honeymoon suite for an extra £8; The place was great value for money in any case and this was a bonus. 10 or so Springbok were resident on the lawns and the perfect view of the orange river made it completely different to other stays. It was off season and the bar was rather lacklustre but we got a good bottle of wine to drink in our room. Can't comment on dinner as we ate during the day at Augrabbies Falls. Bar was somewhat lacking in beer variety but that's the same everywhere in SA - Lagers!

We didn’t have breakfast, which was fine. The carpet in the main bedroom wasn’t very clean.
