Excellent location and friendly staff. They were very helpful—especially Emre at reception—available 24/7 and guided me with all my questions. The hotel was quiet, close to everything, and there were two large centers nearby. We will definitely return and recommend this place. We stayed for three weeks—fantastic.

I just spent four nights at this hotel and I want to thank the front‑desk staff member Emery for his help, even though we didn’t speak the same language; he tried many ways to communicate, so thanks. The sheets were stained, the room had loud external noise from the sound system, the TV stopped working during my stay and I don’t know why; even after Emery tried to fix it, the room and sheets were never changed or cleaned. It’s a shame, I don’t recommend this place. On the bright side, the location is close to the Marmaray Bakırköy metro station, just a 3‑minute walk, and near many shops.
