I never thought a stay could be so awful, yet this place was the worst. The price was outrageous, rooms were filthy, staff were rude and unhelpful, the lights in the room didn't work, and the Mrp water bottles were overpriced. It's a complete disaster.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom smelled bad and it took half an hour for the hot water to warm up.

I was disappointed; nothing was good. We were overcharged, and the room and bathroom were not clean. The furniture was subpar, the rooms were dim, the floor was dirty, there was a smell in the room, and overall it was not fresh. I do not recommend this place.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the Wi‑Fi worked well, room service was smooth and punctual, and the food was tasty with a decent variety. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were good and the service was spectacular. The Wi‑Fi speed was really fast, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Rishikesh.
