I liked the explanations, the options inside with microwave, air fryer. What I didn’t like was the noise from other guests, there was a lot of noise at night, I was next to a bathroom where everything could be heard. There is no plug for connecting multiple things, you have to unplug and plug everything over and over. And the TV was not connected, so I couldn’t enjoy it.

The access is uncomfortable and difficult; people with reduced mobility or the elderly can’t climb so many stairs, especially with luggage. It felt like a deterrent. Nothing else.

The beds were bad, the sheets were dirty and had hair, the TV stand was broken, and the bathtub was dirty; overall it needs a full renovation and update.

The location is good and parking is always available; downstairs there's a normal local bar. Communication needs improvement: the check‑in process is poorly organized, the key code never arrives by email—it's your fault. We were two people but received only one key set; when I asked for a second set for independent entry, it never came. I explained the need, but they said it costs extra. Calling for help only yields vague replies like “we’ll call you back,” and nothing actually happens.
