The front desk staff, Alejandra, was very formal, but there was noise during the day.

The location is great, right in the middle of all the shops, close to the square and with restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. The room wasn’t fully clean; the window side was dusty, and the fan was also dusty so it couldn’t be turned on without dust flying everywhere. The first towels we found in the room were stained; the ones from the next day were fine.
