It was convenient and the staff were friendly

The location fit our needs and the staff called to confirm our arrival time, but the parking was terrible, plaster was stuck on the bathroom sink, upstairs noise was annoying, and it was overpriced for what it offered; we ended up staying at Pullman by Auckland Airport for a cheaper price and better facilities.

The location was very convenient to the bike park, but the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor and outside, a bad design that didn’t keep water inside.

The staff were friendly and communicative, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were good, but the sauna was not working, which was disappointing after the spa.
