The room was beautiful and in a convenient spot in the historic quarter, a few minutes from the central station and the Duomo metro. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the lack of lighting in the bathroom.

Great location in the old quarter of the city. Close enough to the bars and restaurants but very quiet. The mattress could have been more comfortable; it seems most Italian properties I’ve stayed at have the same issue!

The central location lets you reach many points of interest on foot in just a few minutes. The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. The palace was quiet and peaceful.
