“My worst experience evwr”
Only location. On the day, the owner at last minute changed my location and room 2 times in a row. My final room was much smaller than my original booking. It has no AC as promised. No kitchenette as promised. No toiletries as promised. No continental breakfast as promised, no fridge as promised. The ticket door does not close and also does not lock itself. No utensils, nothing at all. And the owner only offered that next day people will come and fix and provide breakfast at least but no one came and that we can opt for an early check out, something that I couldn't do.
“Cancelled without notice”
They cancelled my booking 2 hours before check-in while I was at a wedding with my car parked outside the property. They claimed there was "an infestation" and offered an alternative but the location was inconvenient and the whole thing seemed scammy. Avoid
We arrived, couldn't get in the door, called up and the woman said we hadn't paid a deposit even though they didn't send details asking for one, we asked for a refund since we couldn't get in and didn't have the money for a deposit but she was very rude, ended up going to the premier inn

The bed was comfortable. The heating wasn’t working and the room was freezing whole night. The host wouldn’t pick up your call but would call you from a no‑caller‑id number. No response from the host when tried to contact them regarding basic amenities.
