The team was exceptional, always smiling and welcoming, quick to help. Breakfast was great, rooms were spotless and linens changed daily, and the pool was always clean. The hotel still needs a room renovation; small fixes could lift it to a 4‑star level.

I liked the service from Luciano at breakfast – helpful, attentive and charismatic – and the shower in the room was nice. Sometimes a tiny leak appeared, and the sink kept dripping even when shut off.
