The front desk was very friendly, and checking in and out was a breeze; everything else was fine.

Rooms were a good size, a pleasant view of the marina behind (with an otter, kingfisher and two herons in the morning). Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, very clean, quiet. It would have been handy to have a couple of spoons, and the coffee machine sprayed grounds all over the place when we tried to use it (unclear if that was user error though!).

Got a room with two queen beds for me and my grown daughter, which was great. The AC was noisy and the fridge kept defrosting, soaking all our food for no clear reason. Paying over $300 Canadian dollars per night felt very pricey, especially after that.
