The property was large, comfortable, and especially clean. We were welcomed pleasantly and received a delicious local sweet from the host. Throughout the stay, Mrs. was very helpful, pointing us to many places and restaurants. Overall, a tailored experience that I definitely recommend to everyone.

It was a lovely stay: the host greeted us warmly, even offering local strawberries with drinks and chips as a welcome snack. The house is new, comfortable, and very clean, making us feel at home. The host is friendly and helpful, listening to our bed arrangement requests and guiding us with advice and suggestions, making the stay enjoyable and easy. The location is convenient between Pescara, the Gran Sasso park, and the Tirino valley. The canopy bed was unfortunately very noisy.

The apartment was huge, with brand‑new furniture and air‑conditioners, immaculate cleaning, and a kitchen stocked with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and helpful, pointing us toward restaurants and sights. The area is super convenient, with a bar and hot‑plate kitchen on the ground floor. Great value for the price.
