“Muy bien por el precio. Estuvimos en la habitación 4 y todo correcto.”
For a one‑star hotel it was surprisingly good, better than we expected; the beds are fine and the sink is fine, and the location is convenient for catching the train. The receptionist took passport photos and saved them on WhatsApp, which we didn't like, and he insisted it was necessary.
The staff were very friendly and the room looked nice; there is no elevator and they don’t clean the room during the stay.
The location is great, close to the station; the neighborhood is a bit rough.

The proximity to the metro is a plus; the staff don’t speak Italian, and in Rome that’s absurd! They also struggle with English – the room is dirty, they only make the bed in the morning, the room photos don’t match reality at all… the bathroom has windows without curtains, so we had to hang towels on the windows to hide the inside; we paid a lot for what they offer.

The room is comfortable and well‑located for touring Rome, the welcome was very good, and there’s a nice little café on the corner of the street, great for breakfast.
