The Inn is beautiful and set in a very peaceful environment. Every tiny detail was carefully considered, creating a lovely interior. Catherine and Alan made us feel very welcome, and all other staff were great. The food deserves a special mention; from breakfast to dinner, each bite was exquisite and beautifully presented. Thank you, Alan! We have stayed in many places across the UK and abroad, and the food at the Holcombe was easily the best we have ever had! Absolutely nothing was wrong.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire experience was excellent. The food blew us away; everything was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with real care and creativity. I’m not vegan but tried the vegan options and they were phenomenal. The Inn itself was warm and welcoming, a real gem where we would gladly return, and we definitely recommend not overlooking the vegan menu even if you’re not vegan. Nothing was lacking.

The spot’s location, the food, and the staff all hit the mark—everything I liked was there, and I loved it.
