The staff were supportive, but the location was a drawback.

They charged a total of Rs 1000/- for my booking and were very rude; I think you should file a police complaint against this hotel. They also demanded extra payment upon arrival, so you need to file a police complaint.

The experience was very bad and the staff are terrible. The manager is also rude and they wouldn’t open the door at 2:00 a.m.
