“Ronduit slecht”
The spot is great for exploring the Old Quarter, but the hotel itself is a nightmare. Compared to the website photos, the place feels impossible to reach; the rooms are much smaller and the reception looks like a fake AI product. Beds aren’t made between stays and towels never get changed during my 3‑night stay. Overall cleanliness is poor and showers never heat up. I can’t understand why this place calls itself a hotel. The worst part is that it closes at night. Ideally there should be someone on duty to open the sliding gate when needed, but that’s not always the case. I arrived alone on the first night, rang the bell repeatedly and called the number provided, yet no one opened the door. After an hour of trying I finally got in—unacceptable. I really don’t see how this place earns any positive reviews.
