Customer service was terrible—very combative and defensive when we raised concerns. We heard loud noises from the room above and the front desk claimed they couldn’t hear anything. The disturbance started at 10 pm on a Friday and didn’t stop until after 11 pm when someone was running back and forth. The front desk asked us to record the noise, which we did, but they still said nothing could be done. Then housekeeping told us we had a “don’t disturb” sign on the door, which wasn’t there. The bathroom was filthy upon arrival, and when we asked at 11 am for a cleaning, they didn’t come.
