The surroundings are nice and natural, but the hygiene was lacking.

There are plenty of activities for kids and the cooler temperatures are great, yet we found quite a few ants in our room.

We were really impressed with how clean the hotel was, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated, and it could have used a bit of a refresh. It wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable.
