From the moment we arrived, the host Tim greeted us and guided us through our rooms. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing right by the river. The village’s location is excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had everything we could have wanted. It is decorated to a very high standard. The location is beautiful and it's in a lovely little village with lots of places to eat and drink. It was a bit tricky to find, we were looking for Thames edge rooms but it actually said 'The boathouse at the entrance. We phoned the owner and he came straight out to show us where it was so not a huge problem

The hosts were exceptionally friendly, informative, and discreet. The property was in Brighton, close to the water, so we felt far from everything yet only 2 minutes from all local amenities. Nothing was missing—everything was well kept and stylish, and I felt like I was in a Hampton’s.

The room was charming and had every convenience imaginable; the design feels meticulously planned, the bed was cozy, the shower excellent, and having a fridge and microwave tucked into the cupboard was a clever touch. The riverside terrace added a nice bonus, and Tim welcomed us warmly—definitely a place I’d return to if I’m ever nearby.
