I lodged a complaint because they charged us the deposit twice and never refunded it; they still owe me £200 (2 × £100). I never received any response to my claim even though my stay was over a month ago, and they had promised to return both deposits a week after my stay. The room was left spotless, so there was no reason to keep the deposit. I’m still waiting for a reply.
