The room, pool, and reception were great. The place stayed clean, water was free, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the constant noise from the nearby highway, both day and night.
The staff were nice and the place is an art space, the garden and surroundings are stunning. Everyone was very helpful.
The hotel is very original and pretty. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. We had a water outage during the day that was fixed, but it happened again at night and we had to be moved to a different room late in the evening. The staff reacted quickly, but the situation was uncomfortable.
“Sangat buruk”
The staff were friendly. The hotel was in high season and the most expensive, yet there was a renovation right in front of every room. The afternoon was very hot and at night when it rained the leaks and mosquitoes were everywhere; it was completely drafty. During the three days there was NO TOWEL, BEVERAGE, OR ANY OTHER CHANGE. The rooms were never cleaned even though we were constantly coming and going.
“Okay für Kurzaufenthalt”
Breakfast was Indonesian, with rice, tofu, vegetable broth, a cup of jasmine tea (extra 30k for fruit) and it was personally delivered to the room. A water dispenser was available. The ambience felt like an artist’s garden, but there was no room service. The hotel sits right on a noisy street next to a mosque, very loud and echoing – not restful. The bathroom table was already worn, the furniture was outdated, and there was no mosquito protection.
