The stay was very pleasant. Marcelo, Maria and the rest of the staff were always willing and kind with requests, and the service was excellent. The location is unbeatable, close to the bus terminal and in a safe area. Nothing to add.

The staff were attentive, the location was convenient, the breakfast was exceptional, and the facilities were easy to use. The room had no wardrobes, was small, and let in very little natural light.

The staff were courteous, the breakfast had fruit and good coffee, and the location was close to the city center and the terminal; the lobby design was nice. The rooms are old, but the maintenance is acceptable.

The spot is great—just a hop from the bus terminal and the city center. Breakfast was solid, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The only hiccup was the hot water; you have to ask the front desk and they’ll turn it on. If you can snag a patio room, it’s even better.
