The location was excellent and the room was quite good, with a practical keyless entry system. However, the permanent light on the balcony caused a problem, and the parking was too small for so many rooms and lacked control—on the second night, two cars occupied almost all spots, making it extremely difficult to park in the very narrow space that accidentally formed behind the occupied spots. On the first night (04:00), occupants from another room tried to enter ours, which finally interrupted our sleep. The sound insulation was poor; laughter and voices from other rooms were very annoying for almost the whole night. The bathroom and toilet of the adjacent room had a window on our balcony, with the obvious consequences. I couldn’t charge my car because the instructions I had for the provider didn’t work, the details written on the charger weren’t recognized, and the reception staff was completely clueless.

We had a wonderful stay at Akti Lake Living! The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location by the lake. We highly recommend Akti Lake Living to anyone visiting Ioannina and would happily return without hesitation. Absolutely recommended!

The location was nice with a lake view, a bit far from the city center, but you can walk there in 20‑30 minutes. The parking spaces were shaded, the building had an elevator, the room was modern, and self check‑in/check‑out worked well; communication was good and all instructions were received in advance. In the room we stayed, the bathroom needs immediate fixing: all the water from the shower drain leaks onto the floor, and after each shower you could see water slowly covering the entire bathroom floor, so we had to use towels to stop it. The toilet was odd—you have to flush several times and wait after each flush for the basin to fill for a proper result, if you get what I mean.
