Right across from Zhengwang Temple in the front row, the front‑desk manager greeted me warmly, explained everything, and drove me to a safe parking spot. The rooftop restaurant team was equally enthusiastic and attentive to our dining needs.

The location was outstanding, with a stunning view from both the room and the terrace bar/restaurant. The room had a balcony, faced Wat Arun, and was stylishly furnished. Breakfast was excellent and freshly made. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the welcome drink was much appreciated. The towels and linens felt a bit small, and a bathrobe would have been nice.

The black décor and staff hospitality were great. There was no elevator, but the staff’s careful attention made up for that, so I didn’t have any trouble.

Everything was great: the staff were friendly, the room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the view was superb.
