The management was quick and kind, communicating directly and sending automated local tips via WhatsApp (the app states: “This chat uses AI from Meta”). They answered our question about the nearest hospital promptly, arranged on‑site assistance through a collaborator the next morning, and kindly extended our check‑out by 1 hour because of a medical issue. 1. Commute time: The review mentions Unicum Suites / Via Vittorio Spinazzola. The location is listed as 4.9 km from Piazza Venezia (straight‑line), but the actual road distance is about 7 km, which translates to a 35‑45 minute public‑transport commute each way (per Google Maps). 2. Maintenance and cleanliness: The room differs from the official photos. There is black mold in the tile joints and shower hose, dirt and degraded brown silicone on the shower screen frame, and limescale on the dark sink furniture. The adjoining balcony contains dry plants, stored cleaning equipment and exposed electrical wiring. (Photos attached as proof)
