The best thing is the location; you walk to many downtown spots. Regarding the room, a plus is the fridge‑bar, and if you want to buy Oaxacan supplies to take home, it’s indispensable. It doesn’t have an elevator, so if you bring heavy luggage and have to go to an upper floor, you’ll struggle a bit.
“Un hotel agradable”
It’s a very quiet hotel, no night noise, and well located. I would have liked a bench to put the suitcase and a mat outside the shower. Some maintenance details, if addressed—curtains, towels, and the closet smell—would greatly improve the room’s appearance.

The place was awful, nothing good at all. Everything was old, the furniture looked ancient, the TV was tiny, there was no air conditioning, the stairs had no lighting, and the shower was terrible. There was no parking or valet, and the suggested parking spot was several blocks away and covered in dirt. I definitely wouldn't recommend it; the photos are misleading!
“great hotel, would love to come back someday”
Great location, quiet, very comfortable beds. A lovely, laid‑back hotel with very kind and professional staff. We didn’t dine at the rooftop, but we had a drink there and it’s a beautiful space to spend some peaceful time. When we had a lock issue on our door, the staff kindly moved us to a new room right away.

I loved the booking security, the precision of the agreements, the warmth and preparedness of the staff. We enjoyed the restaurant, the menu, and especially the service.
