Julia was incredibly attentive and accommodating—nothing could have been better, and I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone; you won’t be disappointed. There’s nothing to dislike.

The accommodation was lovely, with a fridge in the room and tea, milk, and coffee provided; the fresh cotton bedding (my favourite) and comfy bed were great, and the quiet, safe location felt like home. The breakfasts were fresh, and the host was very helpful and friendly.

Julia welcomed us like family, and the house sits in a great spot with beautiful sea views beyond the tennis courts. We stayed in the room with a private balcony and loved the ocean view, and the breakfast was enjoyable. All good.

Ocean Waves is perfectly located right on the front, and we sat on the balcony watching the sea and a ship enter Great Yarmouth harbour. The room was large with a comfortable bed, the property was spotless, and the continental breakfast was great; Julia was a delightful host. Parking was no problem with plenty of spaces on the road outside. Nothing.
